Petit Chou is a French inspired bakery with a special focus on choux pastry. Choux pastry is the base dough for all eclairs, cream puffs and profiteroles. When prepared properly it is light, crispy, with a tender interior and a perfectly hollow center. This provides us the perfect vehicle to deliver you with generously flavorful bites.

Founded by lifelong friends, chef Bassim Nasr and business partner David Ish, their vision is to share their passion and love for pastry with the community and beyond. A New York native he is a primarily self taught chef who topped off his education at the world renowned Ecole Bellouet Conseil in Paris. Along with our amazing team, we are looking to raise the standard of pastry in New York and provide our community with the delicious treats they deserve. We look forward to serving you all!
